We strive to make our products All Natural for your enjoyment and benefit.
The healing properties of aloe, shea, avocado and beeswax help nourish, repair and protect the skin. The hydration benefits of coconut, hemp seed, ricebran and essential oils all contribute in helping moisturize and nourish the skin.
The natural properties make our product safe and effective to use for all skin types and have been specifically formulated for the use of inked skin. We know how much time, effort and money you put into your body art so why not protect it!
How is Lord ’77 different?
As we strive to be All Natural, our products are created with non-toxic and paraben free ingredients. Our base is made from beeswax instead of petroleum jelly which allows the skin to actually breath and the scents we use come from our essential oil collection.
Expectations of using Lord ’77?
You will notice a more vibrant “popping” version of your tattoos while protecting, repairing, moisturizing, and nourishing the skin. Colours will be more vibrant and skin will appear healthier.
Using Lord ‘77
Can I use your product on old and new tattoos?
Absolutely! For your older ink, Lord ’77 will assist in skin rejuvenation by helping tight & brighten older tattooed layers of skin. For brand new tattoos, our formula helps to moisturize, repair and nourish the dried skin cells making for an optimal restoration and healing process.
What skin types and tones does Lord ’77 work on?
Lord ’77 is made for a King or Queen and works on all types of tattoos, skin tones and colours.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
We do not like to position our products as hypoallergenic. A list of ingredients is available for each product. There is no defined methodology to test for allergic reactions in personal care products, nor does the FDA regulate use of the term "hypoallergenic."
Are your products non-comedogenic?
This term refers to ingredients in beauty products that clog the pores and can cause blackheads, pimples or cosmetic-related acne. We use beeswax and plant oils instead of potentially comedogenic, non-natural ingredients like mineral oil, petrolatum, and paraffin that are commonly found in other personal care products and cosmetics.
I am concerned that I may have had a reaction to one of your products. What do I do?
If you are concerned that you may have a reaction or did have a reaction to one of our products, please contact us. In the case of life-threatening emergencies, please dial 911 or call your health care provider.
I am chemically sensitive. What are the pH values of your products and what products I can use?
Lord’77 products are recommended for all skin types, even sensitive skin. Our products maintain a healthy skin balance.
Are any of your products certified organic?
At Lord‘77, we are striving to meet 100% natural on our products instead of 100% organic because we feel the organic standards for personal care products leave too much room for interpretation.
The standards and requirements that currently exist for organic products require that only 70% of the product is made with certified organic ingredients. The issue is with the remaining 30% of the product. This remaining 30% could include synthetic ingredients. At Lord‘77 we don’t agree with these standards and regulations, and vow to continually evaluate our ingredients and will use only those ingredients that are of natural origins
How long will my Lord’77 products stay fresh and what is the best way to store them?
Our products are made with natural ingredients. We purposely present our products in smaller portions, so you finish them while their ingredients are still fresh and providing their maximum effectiveness. As such, we recommend you store creams and oils in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Creams may be stored in the fridge for ultimate protection. Our products should be in good quality condition for 1-2 years. We recommend that our products are used within 12 months after opening since they are natural products. This includes keeping them out of extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. In general, any difference in texture or consistency of one of our products is often associated with it being a natural product.
Do you test on animals and do your products contain animal-derived ingredients?
Lord ‘77 does NOT conduct product or ingredient tests of any kind on animals. A few of our products contain ingredients derived from bees such as beeswax.
I am allergic to bees. Can I still use your products?
We do not use actual bee venom in our products – only bee by-products such as beeswax. However, if you are allergic to bee by-products, then we do not suggest using our products. We recommend that you contact your health care provider when changing your skin care regimen to find out which products are best for you.
Do your products contain synthetic fragrances?
At Lord ‘77, we now offer a Natural line of scents and a synthetic line. We prefer to use All Natural scents where we can, but we are getting a high demand for more variety in our scents options which may be released at a later date.

Subscriptions
How can I buy your product?
We offer single and multi-product offers along with a subscription-based service. You can review these options on our products page.
How does your subscription work?
Simply choose your product and select the frequency. It’s easy and simple! Our subscription programs range from 30, 60 & 90 days in duration. Special discounts and pricing are applied to these offerings at checkout.
If I choose a subscription am I able to change my preferences?
Begin by creating an account and logging in. If you do not have an active account as yet, simply create one using the same email address you’ve used in the past for placing an order. You should automatically see a “Manage Preferences” option in your account page. Once within your profile, select the “Manage Preferences” section where changes can be made.
You can elect to change, skip, or even cancel upcoming orders. Depending on your subscription payment & shipment election/frequency, Lord ’77 will automatically renew your subscription and charge your payment method as authorized by you as per the automatic renewal subscription agreement provided at time of enrollment.
All charges to your payment method for subscription services will be made on the date your order ships. Your payment method will be charged using the applicable cost for your subscription including any shipping, handling, and sales or similar taxes that are required to be collected in accordance with your subscription. In order not to be charged please cancel your subscription no later than (5) business days before your next order ships. We will continue to bill your payment method on a recurring basis as per your membership/shipping frequency until said changes are made. Lord ’77 reserves the right to make changes to its subscription offering, programs, and policies of which you will be notified 30 days in advance of said changes.

Subscription Cancellations?
You have an option to make changes to your subscriptions at any time. To cancel a subscription, go to the account page on the Lord ’77 website and log in. Once logged in, click on the “Manage Preferences” link on the page and follow the instructions provided for cancelling your subscription. All cancellation requests must be submitted no later than (5) business days before your next order ships in order not to be charged for that order. If you have not created a Lord ’77 account as of yet, simply follow the registration process using the same email address you provided when your original order was placed, and you will see a “Manage Preferences” link within your account page. Please note that cancellations of subscriptions will prevent only future orders from being processed. It will not cancel any orders previously charged. A subscription is deemed fulfilled when it has shipped thus becoming non-refundable. Any subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return/cancellation/or refund once they have been shipped.
WARNING: When applying to a new tattoo it is important to always wash your hands prior to using. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in dry, cool place, out of direct sunlight, and out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Allergy Suffers Test Before Use. DO NOT leave in hot room or car as this product will melt.
Buying, Shipping and Returns
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of your order.
Where do you ship to?
We ship everywhere in Canada, United States, Puerto Rico, and all US Territories. We also ship internationally!
What address will my order be shipped to?
At checkout you will have an option to ship your order using your billing address information or a different location.
When will I get my order?
At checkout you will have shipping options from which to choose. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including parcel tracking information. Please be advised that it might take 48-72 hours before your tracking info is updated on the carrier’s website.
What are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. At checkout you will have shipping options for selection which vary in times and pricing. Please note that we reserve the right to correct shipping charges should our estimate software experience problems. If this should be the case, we will notify you of any changes to ensure that you would still like to place the order.
When will my order ship?
Our orders are processed internally within 1-3 business days from the time of order. Please note that this does not include shipping time. Please allow an additional 1-7 business days, depending on your geographic location.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Taxes are calculated based on where products are shipped to, not where they are ordered from. See the below chart for the appropriate tax amount. Customer orders shipped to the United States and internationally are not subject to Canadian taxes.

What is your order cancellation policy?
All orders are deemed fulfilled once they have been shipped. If it hasn’t been sent out from the warehouse, please send an email to needhelp@lord77.co and we will see if it can be cancelled.
What is your policy on returns?
If you are not satisfied with our product, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A product return form MUST accompany a returned product and will be provided by email upon request. All returns will not be accepted outside of this date and return shipping is at the expense of the customer. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges. If the product is defective Lord’77 will cover 100% of shipping as a refund to purchaser
My order has not arrived yet, Can I have a refund?
We can't control shipping delays from couriers and refunds are not issued based on late or delayed shipping times.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please notify us at needhelp@lord77.co with the subject line reading “Damaged” and include your order number along with photos of the broken product.
